How we earn — and what stays editorial.

We earn money in three ways: subscriptions from listed operators, commission on Bókun bookings, and affiliate commission on Booking.com links. Our editorial picks are made before any of these relationships exist — and never re-ordered after.

What this means in practice

• Editor's picks are picked by editors, not by tier. A Free-tier place can be Editor's pick; a Featured-tier place can be skipped.
• Every Bókun and Booking.com CTA is labelled. We tell you when a click could earn us money.
• Subscribers cannot pay to remove a piece of editorial about them. They can request corrections like anyone else; we follow our corrections policy.
